for this follow the simple steps:

• Open Notepad.
• Copy and paste the following code

Set speech=CreateObject(“sapi.spvoice”)
speech.Speak speaks

• You can Replace ramasitahacking with whatever you want.
• Save the file  as xyz.vbs (any name).
• Copy and paste the file to

 C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup 

For Windows 7 and Windows Vista

C:\Users\ User-Name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
